Our whole cloves is sourced from Nilgiris, Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari districts of Tamil Nadu, Calicut, Kottayam, Quilon and Trivandrum districts of Kerala and South Kanara district of Karnataka. We only deal in high quality clove which are reddish-brown in color and have a strong, aromatic flavor and aroma. They are commonly used as a spice in the Asian, African, Mediterranean and Middle East cuisine. Our buyers of clove use it for multiple purposes  which includes the food and beverage, personal care and cosmetics, and health care products. Whole Cloves are widely  added to tea to liven it up, as well as heated fruit and wine punches that use cranberry for a flavor base. Whole Cloves are also used in many Indian dishes. Curries often showcase it, as do accompaniments like chutney. Cakes, quick breads and cookies often call for it as well.
